For Purpose-Driven Professionals

Help Strengthen Dementia Care in Your Province – We’re building a network of purpose-driven professionals to support care teams across Canada — one community at a time.

Why This Matters

Every day, caregivers in long-term care, assisted living, and community programs face the incredible challenge of supporting people living with dementia. Many are doing their best without adequate training, alignment, or confidence.

We believe they deserve better. Our training programs, grounded in the Montessori Inspired Lifestyle®, help care teams shift from managing behaviors to unlocking engagement, purpose, and dignity.

Now, we’re looking for compassionate, motivated people to help bring this method to more organizations across the country. There are still way too many caregivers who aren’t aware of the impact and benefits of the adapted Montessori approach. It’s time to change that.

A Role That Might Be Just Right For You

We’re inviting people into two mission-aligned roles for purpose-driven professionals:

Community Representative

  • Reach out to LTCs, ALs, and community agencies
  • Introduce them to Montessori-based dementia training
  • Share how it can ease staff stress and elevate resident outcomes
  • Help organizations access meaningful, practical support

Regional Training Consultant – Montessori Inspired Lifestyle®

Everything above, plus

  • Deliver in-person or virtual training using our licensed materials
  • Ideal for – but not limited to – those with facilitation or adult education experience and other inspired individuals

These independent contractor roles are ideal for a variety of individuals in various circumstances…
