Trainee Feedback – Reflections on MIL Care Strategies

This training empowers caregivers — read their ‘trainee feedback’, below, to discover why.

Caregivers across both in-person workshops and online sessions share their immediate impressions of the Montessori Dementia Training: Principles and Practices for Daily Connection’

Whether learning face-to-face or virtually, participants discovered practical strategies, fresh inspiration, and a renewed sense of purpose for delivering person-centered care.

Most of these reflections were gathered immediately following the sessions, capturing the energy, insights, and excitement caregivers felt as they completed their training in the Montessori Method Adapted for the Cognitively Impaired — and looked ahead to bringing new ideas into daily practice.
